Incorporation of the UK business (Tentative timeline: 2-3 months)
- Facilitate the UK company incorporation and the UK business bank account.
- Facilitate registration with HMRC and obtain documents required for the Sponsor Licence which means PAYE registration, VAT registration, and obtaining an Employers liability insurance.
- Assist you in appointing the Authorising Officer and Level 1 user for the Sponsor Licence application.
Apply for a UK Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence (Tentative timeline: 2-3 months)
- Assist in obtaining a Sponsor Licence for your UK business
- Advise on all the mandatory documents you needs to obtain the Sponsor Licence
- Assist in preparing a document outlining why your company needs a Sponsor Licence
- Assist in setting up the HR Compliance System for your Sponsor Licence application
- Provide the client with a complimentary HR compliance management system software at the solicitor’s discretion.
- Provide unlimited legal advice/service to deal with the Home Office queries pending the Sponsor Licence Application
Skilled Worker Visa (Tentative timeline: 4 months)
- Appoint the solicitor as the Legal representative and Level 1 user on the UK company’s Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
- Assist in obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship
- Prepare and submit skilled worker visa application including dependants (i.e., spouse and children under 18 years of age).
- Provide the client with mock training for the potential Home Office interview (if applicable)
- Provide unlimited legal advice/service to deal with the Home Office queries pending their skilled worker visa application

In the unlikely event of a refusal, we commit to submit an Administrative Review application on your behalf at no additional costs.
If a Business or Marketing Plan is required by the Home Office, we will include this service as part of our package at no additional costs.
As part of our package, we will create a website for the newly-formed company which will be in line with the Home Office's requirements. We will also create a company email account.
